Week 21 – Think BIG Thoughts

Week 21 – Think BIG Thoughts surp

Our lives are the results and effects of choices and causes, respectively. Why then do so many of us simply allow the events of our lives unfold? We then act surprised at our situations.

In the very first paragraph of part twenty-one, in fact, the first nine words simply state all we need to know in our journey; “The real secret of power is the consciousness of power.” WOW!  There is no need to climb some remote peak in Nepal to ask an ancient wise man the meaning of life. It is right there in one sentencecartoon for W

Consciousness is the act of being a human BE-ing. We have been instructed, in direct terms to be the observer, offer no opinions unless asked. Respond not react to situations. All this and more is simply being conscious of not just our environment but also our thoughts.

As size does matter in the case of thoughts then thinking big thoughts is the way to live. 21-6 states “Large ideas have a tendency to eliminate all smaller ideas…”big ideasjpg

How often have we settled when now we know the Universal Law of Abundance is waiting to serve us? The only limits that exist are the ones we put on ourselves.

The Universe has handed us a virtual shovel to pick up whatever we want. We can pick up a shovel full of useless garbage or priceless gems. It’s our choice.lace-bulk-sampling-8

I choose to be a dreamer of big dreams…the grander the idea the better. I am not going to let the little things invade my thoughts at the cost of pushing aside my true direction in life. The person I intend to become is the product of large ideas not petty distractions. I continue to ask myself the great question, “What would the person I intend to become do next?” Large ideas produce large results. The Law of Attraction is in play at all times. Make it work for you. It is serves us timelessly and with infinite scope and power.

“The real secret of power is the consciousness of power.” You hit the nail on the head Walter!

I had to share the guru cartoon, along with that quote. Very insightful.

Walter, I had a wipe out with my first comment, but I was grateful because I may avoid deleting somethings that would be difficult to replicate. “The Universe has handed us a virtual shovel ……” what a great thought. A memorable picture which is so valuable to me — a picture has staying power for me. You’ve made me realize that I’ve been thinking too small — the person I intend to be would think bigger and bigger. Thanks for the push I need.

This was so fun to read with the funny pictures and Albert Einstein quote. It had great truths we need to remember, I found myself re-reading parts and saying , ‘wow!” The photo of the gems was great to cause us to ask ourselves, where am I putting my shovel? Very encouraging! Thank you!

I was enlightening to realize how thinking Big Thoughts helped clear out of the way all the little details that we focus on instead of the real picture of what we want.
